We are sad to announce the death of our sweet Legally Lethal. He
passed in Dec. of 2010 from founder after collic surgery. We did
all we could and gave him the best treatment possible. He was
loved by many and was a stallion of impeccible breeding and unmatched
talent. He is still being mourned and I don't know that we will
ever get over his death. He was a one in a million stallion and
was a gift from god to us. He sucessfully came through the collic
surgery and healed from it completely, we noticed he became lame so we
called the vet immediatley. When he got here Lethal had sunk
through the bottom of both front feet. We contacted Rood and
Riddle out of Kentucky and several specialists in founder. We were
treating him for the founder and three weeks after the first sign of
Lameness he gave up. I can say he was standing with (specialty
boots) and nickering at his mares and eating his feed and alfalfa up to
the end. He faught a good fight and did not give up easy but it was
just too much for him in the end. We tried to keep him
comfortable and happy and gave him alot of love and special treats and
attention through the whole situation. There were a few times at
the end when we would leave his stall door open while he was resting
and he would walk right out of his stall and start socializing.
Lethal you will be missed by many! We love you! Thank you buddy
for all the love you gave to us! You will never be
forgotten. You Sired 2 beautiful babies maybe they will continue
your legacy.

She's Lethal and Wicked his first filly.

Leo his first Colt.
Rainbow Bridge
Just this
side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here,
that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can
run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm
and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and
vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they
each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly
stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His
eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying
over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally
meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the
beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your
pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
